BOOT ( Build, Operate, Optimize, and Transfer) with this service our clients get to choose their team located in any of our Global Delivery centers. We create remote teams for our clients cost-effectively, eliminating clients from spending money in creating business and leasing office spaces and learning local employment rules. We take care of that as part of the Build Process. 

Once the team is in place we will work with the client to make sure the remote team is functional and productive.

After we running our client’s delivery operations for six months we will present the client to cost cuttings with productivity improvement plans

When the client is comfortable taking their team on their payroll we will hand over the team through the transfer process.

Once we gather all the details, we’ll be developing a perfectly tailored recruitment plan exclusively for you. We have a large network of job seekers and talented candidates who may not actively be looking for a new job but might be interested in good offers. We also use our strategic alliances, personal networks, and contacts at professional organizations to widen our search.

Shortlisting and verification of candidates

Once we identify the right candidates, we’ll start with customized interviews to start the shortlisting process. The top candidates must possess the hard and soft skills which are necessary for the profile. We also conduct background checks and professional references. The final picks are then referred to you. We’ll be working closely to help you with selecting the best candidate and finalizing the job offer.

Finalizing the job offer and follow-up

Don’t worry, we won’t be leaving you hanging here! We will also help you with the final job offer, managing negotiations, and securing a signed offer letter from the candidate. We have an ongoing follow-up process where we work with you and the candidate to ensure that the onboarding process goes without any hitch-ups. We will continue to be in touch with you to ensure that the candidate is the right fit for the role.

We’ll be asking about the basic details about the organization’s hiring needs and your contact details. Role-specific questions will also be asked regarding the preferred start dates, salary range, skills & experience requirements, working hours, interview preferences, and location. 

 

Usually, the placement fee will be confirmed or the hourly rate quoted on the phone for you to make a decision. This will be confirmed via email along with a copy of the Advent Infotech terms of business outlining the conditions of our services. There is no obligation to our services at this stage, whereby the onus is on Advent Infotech to source fantastic candidates for meeting your recruitment needs. 

 

Based upon your agreement to proceed with hiring a candidate or temp staff, you will be allocated an Advent Infotech Account Manager who’ll be acting as your point of contact thereafter, this account manager will liaise with other specialist recruiters within the employment agency to fulfill your staffing needs.

Absolutely! We do expect candidates, we’ve sourced, to be perfectly matched to the assigned roles. Advent Infotech does, however, guarantee to provide you with an alternative candidate for the same position if the original candidate departs or is dismissed within 3 months due to non-performance. 

 

According to us, a period of three months provides plenty of time for a candidate to settle comfortably into the role. Perhaps our clients’ high retention rate is because we spend so much time carefully matching candidate motivation, personality, aspirations, skills, and achievements to the client’s needs to source the perfect candidate.
