We’ll be asking about the basic details about the organization’s hiring needs and your contact details. Role-specific questions will also be asked regarding the preferred start dates, salary range, skills & experience requirements, working hours, interview preferences, and location.
Usually, the placement fee will be confirmed or the hourly rate quoted on the phone for you to make a decision. This will be confirmed via email along with a copy of the Advent Infotech terms of business outlining the conditions of our services. There is no obligation to our services at this stage, whereby the onus is on Advent Infotech to source fantastic candidates for meeting your recruitment needs.
Based upon your agreement to proceed with hiring a candidate or temp staff, you will be allocated an Advent Infotech Account Manager who’ll be acting as your point of contact thereafter, this account manager will liaise with other specialist recruiters within the employment agency to fulfill your staffing needs.
